Beautiful waterfront property on private Mill Pond, just built in 2001. Direct access to pond on property, only 40 feet from house! Perfect for boating, fishing, and swimming. Enjoy breathtaking views of the pond from all rooms in the home. Central Air-Conditioning.
We have a canoe and paddle boat available for tenant use.
Kitchen is fully stocked with appliances and includes gas stove, dishwasher, and new fridge with water filtration system. Deck is off the kitchen and has a gas grill and eating area overlooking the pond. Dining Room situated in bright bay with panoramic pond view.
Master bedroom has huge walk-in closet and cable TV. Large master bath has a double sink vanity.
Also on upper level, Second bedroom has two twin beds and its own full bathroom. Third bedroom has double bed and a separate entrance at the pond level. Fourth Bedroom is a kids bunk room for three-- with a bunkbed and trundle bed.

What a beautiful location!
Our family had a wonderful time the entire week. The view of the pond is totally relaxing and visible from most rooms in the house. We never even used the air-condiitoning. The town is close by and the Friday night band concerts took me back to my childhood. We tried a number of beaches. We can't wait to come back next year!
