Our home consists of 2 master suites each featuring a full bath, a queen bed and a window air conditioner; and 2 guest rooms - one upstairs and one downstairs with a set of twin beds in each. With a total of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, this home is the perfect choice for two families, or one large family.
The downstairs area features a cathedral ceiling over the kitchen, dining, and living areas, and includes a fireplace -- perfect for those crisp fall evenings. Step out of the cathedral kitchen through the sliding glass doors onto a large deck and enjoy the privacy of the completely fenced-in back yard. Also included is an oversized (attached) two-car garage.

This wonderful home is located just under a mile to a free Nantucket Sound beach (Forest Beach). Bring your bike, because Chatham's new bike path is just 250 feet away (if you'd like, you could bike to the center of town). Just an easy stroll away is a small neighborhood coffee/sandwich shop (which offers free wireless internet to its customers), a popular local restaurant, and a gift shop (get those Christmas gifts early!)
