This was our second year at the house. Both times we've stayed with family and never felt like there wasn't enough room. The house has everything! The house feels like a house and not a cottage. It's like our home away from home. The kitchen/grill is great because we can cook what we want. We like to eat out but the convenience and cost savings is really nice. The grounds are great with lots of room for kids to play outside. Loved sitting on the deck every morning with a cup of coffee! Bikes came in handy for our athletic bunch! Two bathrooms allowed the two families their own space. Outdoor shower helps with keeping the sand out of the house! Proximity to restaurants, shopping, beaches and sights could not be beat."
