Come in and relax. Enjoy the modern amenities of my fully renovated rental home. This three bedroom, one story home offers a brand new bathroom, fresh paint throughout, skylights, beautiful wood floors and a fully fenced in yard.
Relax on the deck out back and play in the fenced yard. Treat yourself to a hot outdoor shower after a day at the neighborhood beaches. Or put your feet up in the den with a good book or DVD movie. Air conditioning units throughout will keep you cool and comfortable.
South Yarmouth offers many beautiful beaches including Parkers Beach and Smugglers' Beach - both 7/10 of a mile away. My neighborhood is tucked away to feel private and relaxing, yet within minutes you can be on Route 28 with great restaurants, shopping and activities. Bass River offers fantastic kayaking, boating, fishing and swimming opportunities.

This house has been a labor of love. Since I bought the house, I have spent hours refinishing and updating each room. Now the house has a clean, fresh feel that welcomes rest and relaxation. I hope that you will love it as much as I do.
Just bring a great book and sunscreen, the rest is waiting for you. Linens, beach chairs, towels all supplied. Bring your lap top if you wish - high speed internet available.
The den and back deck are my favorite places in the house. The den is sunny and bright with the bay window and slider to the deck. Yet cool and comfortable with the air conditioning unit and overstuffed furniture.
Sit on the back deck with a cool afternoon drink and enjoy the sun as it dances through the trees in the yard. The fenced in yard provides privacy.
The master bedroom hosts a king bed, large closet and attractive furnishings. Each bedroom has wood floors and new window treatments.
The kitchen has all new appliances, counter tops and cabinets. The kitchen dining area works great under the bright skylight, although you may prefer eating on the deck during those warm, beautiful summer evenings.
$400 security deposit due which will be held and returned to renters in full after weekly house cleaning and inspection.
Here are some restaurants and shops nearby which I recommend:
*Skippers at the end of my street across from Parkers Beach - It has great outdoor seating and you can see all the action from the balcony. The food is great and the price is reasonable.
*Walk to Kevins Bar for a cold beer or food - on route 28
*The Roadhouse in Hyannis - great live music and food. Delicious Barbeque Chicken Pizza.
*Spankys in Hyannis on Ocean Street has great food and tee shirts but is crowded so get there early.
For favorite shops in South Yarmouth:
*The Silver Unicorn around the corner on 28 next to Bass River Liquors has great jewlery
Other fun places within 5 minutes from house:
*Blondies Homemade icecream
*The batting cages
*Pinball
*Miniture Golf
*You can walk to rent yourself a JetSki at the Red Jacket on Shore Drive.

"We rented the house last fall (2008) - Columbus Day weekend. The house was great! Clean, full of sun and had all the items we needed for a perfect vacation. The den area was a perfect place for our teenage boys to relax while my husband I enjoyed the quiet of the living room after a long day of outside activities. House is well maintained with many new updates. The fenced in yard is a perfect place to enjoy the sun! Only a short walk to a great beach!"
