This central air-conditioned house has it all: a large heated pool with outdoor shower and changing room, deck and patio, incredible gardens with a picturesque koi pond. There are four generous and beautifully furnished bedrooms and 3 modern baths.
This house has a huge yard and borders the Cape Cod Bike Trail. There are 2 association tennis courts around the corner. Conveniently located a mile off of Route 6, within 1 1/2 miles of bay beaches, and about 4 miles from Nauset Beach. The house is also located near shopping and restaurants in Orleans and Brewster.
