This property is located in the exclusive East Chop Section of Oak Bluffs. It is 3/4 of a mile to the public beach adjacent to the East Chop Beach Club. The house rents complete with linens, towels, beach chairs, and umbrella included. There is a full 14'X 20' deck with chairs, a gas grill, and outdoor shower. The house is a year round, five year old, salt box with 2500 sq. ft. of living space on a half acre of land that sleeps six comfortably. There is cable TV, VCR, and complete laundry facilities provided. It is a non-smoking household with no pets allowed. It is a one block walk to the bus line to all points on the island.
