Payment is made in advance and in full. One of our several payment plans should
suit your particular needs.
Each property listing submitted for inclusion on WeNeedaVacation.com shall be
for a single rental home or condominium unit only.
Links to personal websites
will be posted to the listing only if 50% or more of the rental homes or
condominium units represented on the website are listed on WeNeedaVacation.com.
You may make changes on-line to your property listing at any time for no
charge. You have a username and password that enable you to "login" at any time
to do so.
You are fully responsible for the accuracy of the information on your property.
You agree not to hold All Seasons Vacation Rentals, LLC responsible in any way
for any liability that comes from your advertisement.
If you choose to use our popular availability calendar, you agree to keep it
up-to-date at all times. You are expected to keep your calendar updated to
reflect accurate availability and pricing information. Calendars that have not
been updated within the last 60 days may be subject to removal from the
listing; we would always warn you first. Calendars with no pricing in the
future are automatically removed; this happens often towards the end of the
season. Whenever we remove calendars, we always retain any information so
restoration is very easy.
WeNeedaVacation.com reviews all changes, and reserves the right to edit or not to
display inappropriate material.
You have a unique web page for your property that is available 24 hours a day,
7 days a week. We experience over 99% up-time, but do from time to time need to
take the site down for maintenance. Outages last a couple of hours and are done
at the most quiet times of the week.
In the extraordinary and unfortunate event that WeNeedaVacation.com receives complaints
about your property listing's accuracy or about your treatment of tenants, we
will give you every opportunity to present your side of the situation.
But, after such presentation, if WeNeedaVacation.com, in its sole judgment, believes
that those complaints are not being fairly and adequately addressed by you, we
reserve the right to remove your listing from the WeNeedaVacation.com
website with no refund. Since our formation in 1997, we have had to do this
less than once per year. But we must demand accurate listings and fair treatment of
tenants who find your property through our website.
